The platform has over 70,000 users. This number alone communicates the opinion of people about it.

How Does ClickFunnels Work?
With ClickFunnels (14-day free trial) you can build different types of funnels. Sales funnels, webinar funnels, opt-in funnels, etc.
It has a selection of ready-to-use templates for the different types of funnels, and of course you have the ability to make your own funnel from scratch.
The system is hosted for you, included in the price you pay, you don’t need your own hosting.
ClickFunnels has Stripe as the built-in payment processor and a one-click upsell feature.
The ClickFunnels custom domain feature lets you have all of your funnels under your own domain name and this way it will be branded for your own business.
E. g. You can have a domain name JoesGiftStore.com and just add several product funnels under this.
You can also add your own About page, Privacy, shipping & returns policy, address & phone number, etc to make your business look legitimate and inspire trust.
With the clone funnel function you can take a template or a funnel from someone else and transform it, change the text, while the original funnel stays untouched.
ClickFunnels affiliate tracking is only available for the higher tier subscribers.
Why Do You Need A Hosted Funnel Like ClickFunnels?
The problem is that it is very difficult to set up a funnel, or even a sales page/landing page, in WordPress, for example.
ClickFunnels was made with conversions in mind and to provide an easy, drag-and-drop editing where you can make a funnel in 5-10 minutes. You just add your domain, pick the layout, change the headline, the text, add your own images, and you are done.
You can add upsells with just one click. Payment processing is built in. It can be connected up with your autoresponder.
A relatively well-known example of using ClickFunnels is Greg Jacobs’ Mage Omega system. (The link is a full review.)
In this specific case the person clicks on a Facebook ad, and arrives on a ClickFunnels landing page:

It may be pretty difficult to create these pages in WordPress, therefore ClickFunnels is convenient to use.

Does ClickFunnels Work?
Naturally there is never any guarantee that anything works: there is always the human aspect.
It very much depends on the user, what he can get out of it.
There is also a product selection aspect.
If you have ever done e-commerce, then you know that certain products sell like hot cakes and others don’t.
ClickFunnels gives you the platform to be successful, however you still need a workable system like Mage Omega to use it successfully.
ClickFunnels Pricing
How much does ClickFunnels cost?
Well, there are two levels of subscription, both of them monthly.
The first subscription is $97/month. The other subscription is $297/month.
There is a ClickFunnels free trial for both plans for 14 days where you can test the system fully. You can also review the secret discount pricing that is available.
As a side note, ClickFunnels offers an Affiliate Bootcamp, which is a training course that would normally sell for $997. You can use the data in it for making money with any affiliate program and you can sign up here for it for free.
Is ClickFunnels Worth It?
ClickFunnels is a nice system, and it is worth it if you have the system with which you can make the money back out of it that you invest each month.
Not recommended for a beginner who doesn’t have much idea on what to do with it, unless there is someone to guide you through the money making process.
With the Mage Omega system there are consistent reports of making $500 per week, but I must add that it is a lot of work and there is some trial and error at the beginning.
As you can also see above, there are a number of functions that are only available in the $297/month plan, which in my opinion is extremely pricey.
For a pro it may be worth it, however there are several alternatives to ClickFunnels where you can get the same (or better) service at a lower price.
If you want to buy Mage Omega, you can either pay the price, or get started with the 14-day free trial and import/reconstruct the same funnels in a platform like Convertri.
ClickFunnels Complaints
With such a high number of users it is inevitable that there will be complaints.
Due to the nature of the internet, systems always have bugs. That’s just the reality.
The biggest reason for complaints, if you look at the BBB reviews, is that free trials expire and credit cards still get charged, then the transaction needs to get reversed.
The other complaint reason is Customer Service taking long to respond.
In the end, however, all these get resolved.
How To Avoid Complaints
Before you jump in, make sure you know what you are signing up for.
In addition to reading reviews like this, check out ClickFunnels tutorials that show how people are using the platform and build funnels.
Realize that funnels have a learning curve and a newbie should learn about theory first, like the One Funnel Away Challenge.
If you don’t know how to drive traffic to a funnel, I don’t recommend CF.
Another factor is time. If you cannot spend time on building a funnel, obviously you will never make money with it.
If this is the case, I recommend to build a funnel in WordPress first and use the data there.
